1. Why are you applying for the Marketing NST team of AIESEC in
Romania? How do you see the importance of this role to the
network?

Which improvements you would like to apply if you were elected

1. How do you envision the LC tracker role in the NST team? Which
changes do you thing this structure will bring for our Marketing
network?
2. If you had to create 3 groups with the LCs that we have in Romania,
based on local reality and similarities (or any other point that you
consider relevant), how would you split them? Explain your choise.
3. Create a guideline with questions that you would apply during a
monthly skype tracking (take in consideration that this moment is
crucial for clearing up the next steps of you VP tracked).
