B2B Manager
B2B marketing manager is responsible for implementing pull strategy for iGIP enablers in AIESEC in Romania. The goal is to create and implement B2B digital marketing strategies in order to attract companies on the opportunities portal.
International Relations
The international Relations Coordinator is responsible with the the management of Supply & Demand in order to ensure the needed volume of EPs and Opportunities according to our planned goals. Ensures proper supply for the expected approvals goals, aligning expectations and maintaining communication with entity partners, along with downscaling the partnerships to the LCs and giving them know how. He/She’s also responsible for developing the approvals campaigns and materials aimed to the global network,along with ensuring approvals processes and standards are followed by the LCs.
Approvals coordinator
The primary responsibility of the iGIP National Approvals Coordinator is to support the MC in approving opportunities from MC accounts and also responsible for shortlisting candidates for the host company, send output to them and keep them updated with the process.Work in them to develop strategies to help you in the attraction phase, to have more aplicants.

1.Create an approval plan for July for 10 opportunities opened(profiles: Finance, Accounting, Business Development; languages:Spanish, Polish, Portuguese) including deliverables, KPIs, and DDLs.
2.Create a backwards planning for your term as NST including interviews, approvals and realizations and write for each month which will be the activities that will bring you those results.
3.How do you see your way of working with the NST Delivery Manager? Based on the customer flow put the activities of NST Approvals Coordinator and NST Delivery manager.

- Analyse the IR strategy from IGIP for the last term(SWOT analyse) and give 5 ways through which you can improve it
- What would be your strategy for IR for the next 6 months? Include examples of tools that you will use, framework for cooperations with the EY partners that we will have, analyses of supply and demand.
